According to the Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts, the Customer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify the decision to withdraw and without incurring other costs than those provided in Article 13 paragraph (3 ) and art. 14 of GEO No. 34/2014, within 14 days starting from the day when it enters into physical possession of the product.

The customer has the right to notify in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a specific reason, within 14 working days of receiving the product. The notification is made to the following e-mail address: [email protected].

The product can be returned within this period, only in the original packaging, with all accessories and without showing any signs of damage or wear, the customer bearing the shipping costs according to Romanian law. The customer will send the products to Sc Badenmob Srl by courier with the option to open and check the package. All shipping costs are borne by the customer.

If the product is returned in a condition in which it can no longer be sold as new, a fee will be charged for returning it to its original condition (if possible) or to cover the price difference resulting from the sale of the used product or , at the customer's option, we will resend the product, at his expense.
