Our products are shipped everywhere in Romania, in a maximum of 2 days since the order is confirmed. Exceptions are cases of major force (natural disasters, closed roads, accidents, stock errors, etc.). Shipping costs will be paid by customers for all orders.

We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders if they cannot be honored for reasons independent of our company that include: fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, war, terrorism, protests, riots, civil unrest or any other major force impediments, according to Romanian law.

If the client is not at the delivery address in the time interval agreed upon the courier will retry delivery. If delivery is not made the second time also, the package will be returned to us and the order cancelled.
